Weekly Workout Updates
Accelerated Strength programs are designed to evolve as you do, continually challenging you to produce the very best results possible. Each week you will receive an updated workout, accounting for changes in your individualized periodization, including weights and intensities, volumes, and cardio prescription fluctuations, as well as any individual scheduling considerations that may occur.

Bi-monthly progress forms and analysis
Every two weeks we will analyze your progress, provide specific feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to your program so that you continue to see improvements and results.

Including corrective prehab/rehab exercise prescriptions and exercise selections, addressing any muscular imbalances or weaknesses that may affect your performance, strength, or overall health and well-being.

Mobility and Flexibility Prescriptions
Proper flexibility can help to maintain proper joint health, muscle balance and strength. Rather than a "one-size-fits-all" stretching program, an Accelerated Strength Training program gives you specific recommendations for improving your flexibility and mobility to keep you moving and performing at your very best.

Soft Tissue Recommendations and Techniques
Self-myofascial release techniques are at the cutting edge of performance enhancement for a good reason: they are an excellent way to improve recovery and flexibility, as well as helping to keep you pain-free.

Exercise Explanations and Instructions
Proper form is key to any exercise. We make sure that our clients have the tools and knowledge to get the most out of every rep of every set with instructions and guidance.
